today is the 2nd day of holiday training and MY GOD! the weather is a killer.. somemore i wear shorts and shoot today.
my legs havent seen the sun in like so long.. always wear long track pants to shoot.. today shorts, super sun. picture of it will be posted to show how much difference it made. sorry abit unglam.

thanks weiliang today for helping me to improve my form.. did improve abit, but due to my farking bow arm (left hand) no strength, my form is like shit.. damn i gotta do weight training man. trying hard to change my form.. must tell myself:
it isnt whether you can change or not, is about you want to change or not.. haha applies to all areas of my life..
AND! haha today is the first time i shot
70m bareshaft and passed it.. well it isnt a good pass but... haha not bad for first attempt. did walk back and other tuning too.. thanks again weiliang for helping me out all the way..
*opening myself to change*tomorrow will be a bored day.. not going anywhere but stuck at home.. oh well.. must find some useful thing to do..
Ping will be flying to shanghai this sunday.. 10am plane.. i will be skipping training to send her.. haha.. although i may love to quarrel with her, but i do take care and love her like my own younger sister.. like my love for my elder sister.. haha.. same same.
